New Logan ES @ Clague News - July 2026

To support construction of the new Logan Elementary, the following activities will take place on the Clague Middle School campus, and are referenced on the site plan below. Current Work, Weather Permitting:

  • Exterior sheathing is in progress, pictured below left.

  • Interior work, including metal stud framing, mechanical, electrical & plumbing is in progress, pictured below right.

  • Stormwater improvements, regulated by the City of Ann Arbor, are in progress.

  • Geothermal installation is complete.

  • Due to ongoing construction work, the Clague Middle School building will be closed, starting June 15th, for the duration of Summer.

Election Day Information:

  • Due to ongoing Summer construction, Clague will NOT be hosting voting on August 4, 2026. Please visit https://www.a2gov.org/city-clerk/elections/election-day-voting/ to find your polling location for August 4th. This change will only be in effect for the 8/4/2026 election day.

City of Ann Arbor Work:

  • The Nixon Corridor Improvement Project is underway and Nixon Road is closed between Bluett Drive and Traver Blvd. Please visit the City’s project page to sign up for City updates.

This new elementary school is made possible by Bond and Sinking Funds. Ann Arbor Public Schools wishes to thank the Community for the continued support of the Capital Program Bond and Sinking Funds.
