| Current Work, Weather Permitting: Utility work continues, including water main work is nearing completion. Structural steel installation is nearing completion. Masonry is ongoing. Cross Laminate Timber (CLT) installation is ongoing, pictured below. Work on the Geothermal Heating, Cooling & Ventilation system continues and is expected to take about 1-2 more months.

| Current Clague vehicle traffic patterns are identified below: Two way traffic is now accessible from Nixon Road. Entry is no longer available from Bluett Road due to construction. Right turn only conditions: Exiting the Clague driveway onto Nixon Road will be right turn only. If travelling South on Nixon Road, there is no left turn into the Clague driveway. Instead, please continue travelling South past the school and use the first roundabout to travel back North on Nixon Road and turn right into the Clague driveway.
These conditions are anticipated to be in effect through the Spring of 2026.
