| Current Work, Weather Permitting: Exterior wall framing and sheathing continue, pictured below. Building enclosure work is progressing. Structural steel and mass timber installation are substantially complete. Water main work continues. Site restoration along Runnymede Boulevard and Dicken Drive is planned following completion of utility work.
