New Mitchell Elementary Topping Out Ceremony

This is an informal outdoor event and guests are welcome to watch as the construction team sets the final structural beam signed by the school.

Guests may observe from outside the safety fence as the team raises and sets the beam signed by current Mitchell students and staff in the days leading up to the scheduled ceremony.
