| Current Work, Weather Permitting: Exterior metal stud framing is underway, pictured below. Structural steel is near completion. Cross-laminated timber (CLT) installation is near completion. Concrete floor slab prep and pour continues. Utility work is in progress.

| | Please note: The sidewalk to Dicken from Runnymede Blvd. is open and will remain open for the next few weeks. However, a small area surrounding the fire hydrant in that area will remain fenced off, as noted in the image below. Continuing work, related to the water main for the new Dicken Elementary, is currently scheduled to restart over AAPS Fall Break, October 9-12th. Construction parking and construction access drives are for construction personnel only and to ensure safety, staff and parents should refrain from using construction parking and/or drives. Emails will continue to be sent, to provide updates on campus activities.
