| Current Work, Weather Permitting: Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in continues. CLT placement at the school heart stairwell has been completed. Exterior sheathing is in progress, pictured below. The Thurston Elementary School campus, including playgrounds, is expected to re-open by Monday, August 24th.

| Please note: The walkway along the North/East construction fencing is not accessible to bikes, strollers, etc. It is a walking path with inclines. Please use paved sidewalks for accessibility. Construction-related trail access changes are posted onsite courtesy of the Thurston Nature Center. Construction parking and construction access drives are for construction personnel only and to ensure safety, staff and parents should refrain from using construction parking and/or drives. Emails will continue to be sent, to provide updates on campus activities.
