Slauson Middle School News - November 2025Ann Arbor Public Schools Capital Program continues to perform work for the Slauson Middle School renovation. Please see below for previous communication as well as future activities. Current Work, Weather Permitting: Foundation work continues. Steel framework is expected to begin in December. Auxiliary Gym work continues.
Please note: As part of the permitting process, contractors have developed a maintenance and monitoring plan to ensure proactive, consistent, and responsible management of stormwater controls. This includes measures before and after storm events, with particular attention given to Eighth Street. Construction parking and construction access drives are for construction personnel only and to ensure safety, staff and parents should refrain from using construction parking and/or drives. Emails will continue to be sent, to provide updates on campus activities.
