Criminal Background Checks

For contractors in need of completing their I-CHAT background check, please find the form here. Starting May 1, 2023, the Ann Arbor Public Schools will be working with the company Hire Image to process background checks. After completing the form, individuals will receive an email directly from Hire Image and must submit their personal information to Hire Image in order to complete their background check.

Contractor Key Requests

For contractors needing keys for a jobsite, please find the form here. Please submit all completed key request forms to badges@A2schoolsbond.org. Please note, in order to receive keys for a jobsite, you must have an approved criminal background check.
